We are pleased to announce that ultrasound specialist Dr Amanda Sampson has been named as a finalist in the Telstra Business Women's Awards.
Dr Sampson set up Women’s Ultrasound Melbourne (WUMe) in 2007, which now has three centres.
She also works and trains staff at The Royal Women's Hospital, and is being recognised for her philanthropic endeavours - founding two autism non-profits.
Dr Sampson said: "I love seeing the joy on women’s faces when they hold a beautiful photo of their foetus. I love the technical skill that makes this happen."
