You have been booked to attend a Gestational Diabetes Education telehealth appointment via Zoom at 09:30 am on your allocated date. The link for this session will be emailed to you on the morning prior to your session.

For additional support:
- Please use the information below for additional support when planning your diet.
This information will be discussed by a dietitian during your telehealth education session. You will also have an individual appointment with your dietitian approximately 2 weeks after the education session. This appointment is to review your diet and blood glucose results and provide further advice if required.
